Our client was preparing to come to markets around the world with a novel epilepsy treatment. Our client had very ambitious plans to build Information Services capability and a Leadership Team that would support them and help deliver rapid business growth. The requirements involved building the Information Services capability itself and supporting the Clinical, Commercial, Corporate, PMO and Compliance business functions.
Our Pharma client needed to work with a partner that could support them through their scale-up phase which meant providing project teams of interim consultants as well as recruiting permanent members of staff, starting with the leadership team. Our consultants spent a lot of time securing professionals with the right technical skills and who would work well in their culture.
Over the last 18 monthswe helped the client build out their senior team making 12 permanent hires whilst supporting the delivery of project work through the placement of 24 Interim Consultants across Infrastructure, Engineering, Security.
