About the role
This role will sit within the front end team.
- Logging all complaints in a timely manner when they come through
- Checking all customer information is correct and accurate
- Collating packs ready to load to the systems for the investigators to pick up
- Attention to detail and high level accuracy is essential for this role
- Good PC and keyboard skills.
- Excellent ability to follow processes and procedures
- Excellent personal presentation standards and education level that supports a professional business environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use initiative and make sound decisions
- An excellent eye for detail
- An ability to work to specific daily volume targets, and quality targets in excess of 98%
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience at problem solving or resolution of complex queries
- Ability to manage workload
- PPI industry experience
